You’ll find the server address in your activation email or under your service details in the Client Area.
Use the current Hydra Username and Password. This host is only for compatible apps requiring Xtream Codes, Player API, or a Server URL.Use the official server host only inside the general IPTV app, not Hydra TV or the alternative code-based apps.
M3U Plus

Secure details from Client Area

An M3U link contains the Username and Password, so real credentials are never shown publicly. Open the Hydra service in Falcon Client Area or contact support.
Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

First check the Username, Password, Service Status, and Expiry/Next Due Date in Client Area.
Username or password rejectedCopy the current values without spaces and use the subscription assigned to this device.
Hydra Prime or Downloader issueCheck connectivity, storage, and installation permission, then enter 9001285 again.
Hydra TV rejects the hostConfirm you are using Hydra TV and that Host / Server is set to 1 or 2 only.
S Player, 000 Player, or NEXT+ connection issueConfirm Host / Code is set to 999 or f4k for this alternative workflow only.
Xtream or M3U issueCheck the service status and credentials. You’ll find the server address in your activation email or under your service details in the Client Area. Never publish an M3U link.
Subscription appears expiredCheck the service status and due date in Client Area, then open a ticket if they do not match.
